Seven, tells the true story of seven women—from Russia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Northern Ireland, Afghanistan, Guatemala, and Cambodia—who are overcoming injustice in their countries, often at great risk to themselves. "What's frightening is that the seven women represent the fates of so many others around the world. Yet the hopeful aspect is that the women are strong, courageous, driven and irrepressibly stubborn. The documentary play hits you in the guts time and again, engendering a kind of strength that both grows inwardly and expands outwardly."
