About ArtTix
ArtTix is a low-cost ticketing agency owned and operated by the Salt Lake County Center for the Arts. Our mission is to provide the community world class ticketing services for Utah's performing arts and entertainment organizations.
We are the ticketing service for Abravanel Hall, Capitol Theatre, and the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center, venues owned and operated by the Salt Lake County Center for the Arts. In addition, we support ticket outlets in Logan, Utah.

Fee Schedule
All tickets sold by ArtTix are subject to service and convenience fees. These fees vary depending on the producing company and can vary by purchase location:
- Abravanel Hall, Capitol Theatre and Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center sales are subject to a per ticket service fee of $.50 - $15.00 per ticket.
- Telephone sales: per ticket service fees of $2.00 - $15.00.
- Internet sales: per ticket service fee of $3.00 - $15.00 per ticket.
- A minimal Preservation Fund Fee is charged on paid admissions for events at
Abravanel Hall, Capitol Theatre and the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. The
Preservation Funds will be used for major projects to both enhance the
experience of the artists and patrons and to preserve the buildings for future
generations. Salt Lake County, the owner and operator of both ArtTix and the
venues collects and administers the Preservation funds.
- The Preservation Fund Fee is $1.00 at Abravanel Hall and Capitol Theatre and 50¢
at Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center.
Theater Policies
To ensure everyone has an enjoyable theatre experience, the following policies are in effect at Abravanel Hall, Capitol Theatre and the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center:
- Everyone must have a ticket.
- Recommended minimum age for all performances is eight years or older unless otherwise specified and no babes in arms.
- Any use of cameras and recording equipment is strictly prohibited unless otherwise specified.
- For most performances, latecomers will be seated at the first convenient break and in designated areas as determined by the Artistic and House Management.
- In some venues and for some performances, there will be no seating after curtain time.

Ticketing Policies
- All ArtTix single ticket purchases are final, there are no exchanges or refunds.
- Subscribers may exchange tickets purchased as part of a season package based on the producing company's policy.
- All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
- Recommended minimum age for all performances is eight years or older unless otherwise specified and no babes in arms.
